The Personal Bit
60 seconds’ work and play…

3 words that sum you up?
Curious. Pragmatic. Resourceful.

And 3 words that don’t?
Bored. Intolerant. Predictable.

The best audience/coachees?
Clients who are open to their thinking being challenged, to exploring and actioning insights, strategies and sustainable behavioural and cultural change – fully engaged and enjoying the process!

What makes you laugh or smile?
A well-developed ‘funny bone’ often helps me bring a lighter side to situations – useful in defusing potentially tricky scenarios or ‘blocks’ when coaching/facilitating.

Talk to me about…
What’s important to you and what makes you tick; what you need to change, resolve or want to achieve.

Ideal superpower?
Mind reading – but behavioural psychology’s close!

Biggest ‘Doh!’ moment?
Daily, whilst navigating the teenage daughter in our midst (making everything else appear simple by comparison)!

When not coaching, you’ll find me…
Enjoying time with friends and family, discovering new gins (!) and restaurants; riding, walking, holidays and property development; and as a volunteer mentor with One Million Mentors, the UK leadership development initiative for young people.

My Objective:

To help you see that:
“If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”
Dr W. Dyer
