He has worked with individuals and teams at all levels of seniority across a range of sectors, with recent clients including Barclays, NatWest, Lloyds, NHS and Toyota.

Having held senior leadership positions with several pan-Europe blue-chip retailers, Colin amassed extensive experience in start-up and rapid-growth businesses and developed a reputation for building high-performing teams whose people consistently delivered results.
He has since worked with a wide range of organisations in the UK, USA and India, including many from the financial sector (Barclays, NatWest, Credit Suisse, Worldpay and Lloyds) and those in healthcare. Specifically, through supporting 500+ medical practices through leadership changes, Colin’s extensive knowledge of the challenges facing the NHS is particularly appealing to clients working in that field.
Outside of work, he’s also a committed member of the board of governors for a local Infant school.
